1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to VoteUpp ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a civic engagement platform operated by the United Progressive Party of Antigua & Barbuda ("UPP").
By accessing or using VoteUpp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use VoteUpp.
2.2 Geographic Availability
VoteUpp is designed primarily for residents and supporters of Antigua & Barbuda. The App may be accessed from other locations, but certain features may not be relevant outside Antigua & Barbuda.
2.3 Account Registration
You must create an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted Uses
- Civic engagement and political participation
- Accessing news, events, and updates from UPP
- Volunteering for campaign activities
- Reporting community issues
- Participating in polls and discussions
3.2 Prohibited Activities
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Spamming or flooding the App
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or malware
- Scraping or collecting data without permission
- Reverse engineering the App
- Posting obscene, hateful, or violence-inciting content
3.3 Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove violating content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to law enforcement.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit to VoteUpp ("User Content").
4.2 License Grant
By posting User Content, you grant UPP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content within the App.
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
VoteUpp, including its design, features, and source code, is owned by the United Progressive Party. "VoteUpp," the UPP logo, and party branding are trademarks of UPP. The App may include open-source components governed by their respective licenses.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of VoteUpp is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect account information, usage data, and location data (with your permission). We do not sell your personal data. You have rights to access, update, and delete your data.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time directly within the app:
- Go to Profile → Delete Account, or
- Go to Profile → Security Settings → Delete Account Permanently
Account deletion is permanent. All personal data, poll responses, comments, RSVPs, and canvassing data will be removed. Audit logs will be pseudonymized for compliance purposes.
8. Volunteer Activities
Participation in VoteUpp's volunteer features does not create an employment relationship. Volunteers participate at their own risk. Exercise caution during field activities and follow local laws.

VoteUpp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data preservation, or that the App will meet your specific needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

12.1 Your Right
You may terminate your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account.
12.2 Our Right
We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, illegal activity, or if we discontinue the App.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antigua & Barbuda. Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage informal resolution via email.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
