📱 Getting Started

VoteUpp is available on both iOS and Android. Download the app, create an account with your email or sign in with Google / Apple, and select your constituency to get started.

• Browse news and events without signing in
• Create an account to participate in polls, forums, and volunteer activities
• Select your constituency for local content

🔐 Account Management

Forgot your password? Tap "Sign in with Email" then "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. A reset link will be sent to your email.

Update your profile: Go to Profile → Edit Profile to change your name, email, phone, or constituency.

Change notification settings: Go to Profile → Notification Preferences.

🗑️ Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app. This action is irreversible.

How to delete your account:

1. Open VoteUpp and sign in
2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom right)
3. Tap Delete Account, or go to Security Settings → Delete Account Permanently
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted (two confirmation steps)

This will permanently remove your profile, poll responses, comments, event RSVPs, canvassing data, and all other personal information. Audit logs will be pseudonymized for compliance.

If you are unable to access your account and need help deleting it, email us at goobil@icloud.com with your registered email address.

• Manage consents: Adjust what data you share in Privacy Settings

Yes, VoteUpp is completely free to download and use.

Do I need to be in Antigua & Barbuda to use the app?

No, but some features like constituency-specific content are designed for residents and supporters of Antigua & Barbuda.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and comprehensive audit logging.

Can I use VoteUpp without creating an account?

You can browse news and events without an account, but most features (polls, forums, volunteering) require sign-in.
